Evodia helps you organize fragrances and provides fragrance information and AI-assisted recommendations. Recommendations are subjective and informational; you remain responsible for purchase, wear, allergy, safety, and usage decisions.
INFORMATION AND THIRD PARTIES
Fragrance, catalog, rating, image, availability, and recommendation information may be incomplete, contain errors, or change. Evodia may use services and sources including OpenAI and fragrance catalog providers. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service.
YOUR CONTENT
You are responsible for photos, memories, notes, and other content you provide. You must have the right to use that content and must not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse Evodia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.
ACCOUNTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ACCESS
Account, subscription, and trial features may be offered in the future. Applicable prices, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown before purchase. Evodia may restrict or end access for serious misuse, subject to applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Evodia’s brand, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Evodia does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
